Nanyang Siang Pau Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Nanyang Press Holdings Berhad was incorporated on July 23rd, 1958. Its core business is publication.
As a concerned corporate citizen in Malaysia, the Nanyang Siang Pau Sdn Bhd since 1987 organised the Nanyang Siang Pau / Carlsberg Charity Concerts in the 8 major towns in Malaysia. RM300 million was raised and this amount benefited 553 schools and educational institutions in their developmental programmes nationwide.
In 1999 the Company set up Yayasan Nanyang Press, the very first media Foundation in the country, to manage and enhance all its Corporate Social Responsibility projects.
